Martin Guptill is a former New Zealand cricketer who retired from international cricket in January 2025 but continues to play in T20 leagues. Born September 30, 1986, the 39-year-old right-handed batsman is from Auckland, holds the record for the highest individual score in a Cricket World Cup match, and is known for his powerful hitting and ability to score quickly.
In 2025, Martin Guptill is playing for the Biratnagar Kings in the Nepal Premier League and has joined the West Indies team's support staff for a few T20Is. He also rejoined his club team, Suburbs New Lynn Cricket Club, for the 2025/26 season.
