Nathan Ellis is an Australian international cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler, known for his skills in death bowling. Professionally, he has played for teams including the Hobart Hurricanes in the Big Bash League, Punjab Kings and Chennai Super Kings in the IPL, and has made his debut for the Australian national team in both T20I and ODI formats.

T20I Debut Hat-Trick: Ellis made history by becoming the first male cricketer to take a hat-trick on his Twenty20 International (T20I) debut, against Bangladesh in August 2021.
Leading T20 Wicket-Taker: In the 2023 calendar year, he finished as the world's leading T20 wicket-taker with 66 wickets, one ahead of Rashid Khan.
BBL Title as Captain: He captained the Hobart Hurricanes to their maiden Big Bash League (BBL) title in the 2024-25 season.
